Father Danny Kader

Full name: Danny Nurse Kadr

His mother: Ghali Kader.

He was born into a pious Christian family, and has two brothers.

Primary school: 6th of Tishreen Armenian School – Homs

He entered the minor seminary at the Monastery of Our Lady of Deliverance Al-Sharafa in the academic year 1999-2000.

Where he continued his lessons until the year 2006-2007

And then the major seminary until the year 2012-2013, when he graduated from the Holy Spirit University of Kaslik – with a degree in theology.

The pastoral year began in July 2013 in the parish of Fayrouzeh.

He received the evangelical deacon degree on July 11, 2015.

Laying the hand of His Beatitude Ignatius Joseph III Younan, the Most Blessed, in the Church of Our Lady of Deliverance – Zaidel Homs.

He received priestly ordination on the seventeenth of July 2016, by the laying on of the hand of the Most Merciful Bishop Mar Theophilus Philip Barakat.

He began his priestly mission in the parishes of Sadad and Al-Hafar due to the vacancy of these two parishes until 2023.

Appointed Parish Priest (Masknah) in October 2023.

He is married to Mrs. Margaret Mtanes Hanoun and has two children.
