His Beatitude our Father the Patriarch visits the Saint Ephrem Patriarchal Church and Center project in Dahr Safra – Tartous, Syria
At exactly nine o’clock in the morning on Tuesday, April 16, 2024, His Beatitude Patriarch Mar Ignatius Youssef III Younan, Syriac Catholic Patriarch of Antioch, made an inspection visit to the project of the Saint Ephrem Patriarchal Church and Center in Dahr Safra – Tartous, Syria.
His Beatitude inspected the progress of work in the church and the various departments of the center, and gave the necessary parental guidance, thanking its workers for their efforts, and thanking Dr. Zakia Hanna, who is supervising the project.
Giving them his apostolic blessing, asking God to bless this project for the good of the church and the region.
His Beatitude was accompanied on this visit by His Eminence Mar Yacoub Joseph Shimai, Archbishop of Hasakah and Nusaybin, Mar yulian Yacoub Murad, Archbishop of Homs, Hama, and Nabek, Monsignor Habib Murad, Patriarchal Custodian General and Secretary of the Patriarchate, and Father Saeed Massouh, Deputy Director of Our Lady of Deliverance Patriarchal Seminary in Al-Shorfa Monastery and curator of the monastery.
